1. Perishable Food Items (No Returns)

Our bakery items are made fresh and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any perishable food products once they have been delivered or picked up.

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Poor-Quality Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging for quality review.

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund (based on the situation)

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once preparation or baking has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

4. Non-Perishable Items

For merchandise or accessories (non-food items), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for food items. Exchanges for non-food items may be available if the item is unused and in original packaging.
